The dipped foam head guard, as the name suggests, gives protection around the forehead, ears and rear of the head. They are easy to put on and remove. Can be used for any martial art including karate or semi contact training and competitions. The head guard has air holes throughout to reduce heat and velcro fastening at the chin.
